To be eligible for a return for unwanted items, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase. Goods being returned must also be in the same condition as when delivered including original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs for unwanted items. Customers are advised to get proof of postage when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Please note you have up to 14 days to return unwanted items, after this time it will be at our discretion as to whether a return is accepted or not.
